Facilities

The building dates from 1986. We are constantly working to improve the environment and we are very proud of our school buildings and grounds.

There are 8 Classrooms with a school hall, library and ICT suite. Recently our front entrance area has been redesigned and now provides an outstanding and clear picture of the Christian foundation of the school. Our spectacular playground equipment provides interest and challenge for the children. We have a ship in the Key Stage One playground and a fitness trail in the Key Stage Two playground that not only provides for playtime entertainment but is also incorporated into lessons whenever possible.

Our Nursery and Key Stage 2 ponds have been recently re-landscaped and we have just completed our school allotment to support our Healthy Schools work.

We have 27 computers throughout the school, 15 of which are located in the ICT suite. All Key Stage 2 classes are equipped with interactive whiteboards which both staff and children recognise as a key learning tool. Our development plan includes the extension of interactive whiteboards into Key Stage 1 and the increasing use of wireless technology throughout the school.
